01What this is

Praxicraft is a career training platform for data engineers. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to intimidate — but they are a real agreement between you and us.

02Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login with anyone else.

→ Minimum age: 16 years
→ One account per individual

03The rank system

Ranks are earned by solving cases correctly. They represent genuine demonstrated skill. The following will result in immediate account suspension:

Sharing case answers or solution code publicly or with other users.
Using automated tools to submit answers on your behalf.
Exploiting errors in the evaluation system to get an incorrect answer marked as correct.

If we detect any of the above, your rank will be revoked and your account suspended. If you find an error, please report it rather than exploit it.

04The case content

All case briefs, datasets, and materials on Praxicraft are our intellectual property. You may not:

Reproduce or redistribute case materials publicly.

Use our datasets in commercial products or services.

Attempt to extract or systematically copy our case library.

05What you create

The code and queries you write for case submissions belong to you. By submitting them, you give us permission to store and analyse them for the purpose of evaluating your work and improving our platform.

06Organization Accounts (Assess)

Organizations using Praxicraft Assess are responsible for the actions of their invited users (Admins, Recruiters, Reviewers). Organizations must:

"Only invite candidates who have consented to being evaluated via third-party technical assessment platforms."

We provide the infrastructure for evaluations. The final hiring decision remains solely with the Organization.

07Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance may be required.

We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, bugs, or incorrect evaluation results.

08Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice provided where possible.

09Changes to these terms

Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
